Product Overview

The radiator is the core component of the car cooling system, mainly used for dissipating engine heat. It is composed of the water inlet chamber, water outlet chamber, radiator core, inlet and outlet pipes, etc., and is mainly made of aluminum alloy.

According to the flow direction of the coolant, it can be divided into longitudinal flow type and transverse flow type. The core structure mainly includes tube sheet type, tube belt type and plate type. Among them, the tube belt type has a 12% increase in heat exchange area compared to the tube sheet type.

The working principle is driven by the water pump to circulate the coolant, which exchanges heat with the air through the thin-walled pipes in the radiator core, and is combined with components such as fans and thermostats to achieve precise temperature control.
